what is edelberry??
Beautiful friends, Klimt inspired decor, chardonnay, Klimt champagne with edelberry, soup with 25 year aged goat cheese and baslamic vinigraitte, Austrian cheese ravioli, mesclun greens with cute balls of herbed goat cheese, lobster with beet fettucini cooked to perfection, braised nantucket bass plated with a swipe of asparagus, veal wiener schnitzel and ligonberries, edelberry sorbet and gelatin, Austrian hazelnut souffle with chocolate chip ice cream, petit fours, more Klimt champagne with edelberry and riesling. Floating along the danube was lovely.
